This notice explains how Luftic handles the personal data you share with us through this website's “Book a demo” and Founding Partner forms, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Your name, work email and organization, plus — only if you provide them — your phone number, role, the frameworks you are interested in, and any note you write. We also record the language you used and your IP address when you submit.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange and prepare your demo or review your application, and to protect the forms from spam and abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time; we will then stop using your data and delete it.
Who can see it
Luftic's team, and the service providers that host our systems and deliver our email — only as far as needed to handle your request.
How long we keep it
Requests are deleted automatically 12 months after they are submitted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Reply to any email you have received from us and we will respond within 30 days.
